Ask about our reduced rates for two-persons per session (a 4-hr session but a total 8 man-hours of work)

Maintenance Packages
Set up monthly visit(s) to maintain your newly-organized space
Additional Services Available:
Shopping: $25 fee to purchase special materials (shelf paper, moving supplies, drawer organizers) unless Lead Organizer has items on-hand already
Furniture sales (Consignment, Auction Gallery, Marketplace) - Pricing between client and vendor
Materials (baskets, bins, file folders, etc.) - Reimbursement - actual price (receipts provided)
Consultation
Hourly Rate $70/hr
Cancellations
Appointment cancellations require 24-hr notice or client will be charged a 1-hr fee per team member; if cancellation occurs the day of appointment, or no one is home when organizer arrives, a 2-hr fee will be charged.
Referrals
In appreciation of your business, I would like to offer $50 off your next organizing session for referrals that you send to Loudoun Home Consulting, LLC that come to fruition.
