PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING - CORPORATE / HOME OFFICE

Corporate

  • Provide individual and group training

  • Establish systems to provide employees with organizational and time management skills

  • Enable employees to become more productive by providing organizational training and tools to maintain the system

Service

Work with Human Resources to determine employee objectives

  • Office Organization - desk, files, cabinets

  • Organizing techniques and tools to maintain space

  • Time Management - deadlines, calendar, prioritization, daily events

  • Paper Management - develop a system for handling files, incoming tasking, emails, etc.

  • Individual - One-on-one training session to organize space and learn techniques to maintain

  • Group Seminars - Increase productivity by organizing  space and managing time

 

Results

  • Increased Productivity as a result of learned organizational skills

  • Employees will be equipped with skills to function better in an office environment,  meet deadlines, daily tasking, and manage the influx of paper (hardcopy and electronic). 

By creating a system where things belong, employee learns how to function in a more orderly world. 

Focus is on paper management, timely email response, checklists and other tools that will enable employee to juggle their daily tasks more efficiently resulting in increased productivity and profitability.

LHC offers tools to improve filing and storage, electronic organizing, work-flow systems, employee time-management, space design, and more.

 

Home Office 

  • Work with client to organize desktop and sourrounding area(s) i.e., bookshelves, file cabinets, drawers and closets  

  • Pre-sort like-items so they will “have a home” and individual knows where "things belong"  

  • Review paperwork with individual to decide what to keep, purge, or file 

  • Establish a filing system for incoming and outgoing paperwork (hardcopy)

  • Organize desk supplies and storage within office

  • Set up file folders, type file labels, hanging file folders, as needed

  • Assist client with establishing electronic files to organize emails, action items, etc.
